When downloading a library book it takes me to Itunes, not ADE
I had to replace hard drive on my PC - after loading ADE when I try to download an EPub library book it takes me to
Apple ITunes, not ADE. What have I set wrong? Before re-install of windows 8.1 the app always opened the download

Are you able to deauthorize and then authorize successfully?
If not, then can you tell us did you try the UI option only? or you were not able to delete the registry (on Windows) or delete the activation.dat file (on mac) as well?

Activation Server error code: E_ADEPT_INTERNAL
Installed ADE 3.0 to use with my Kobo eReader. My computer is authorized, my device is authorized.
But I'm unable to read books on my computer or copy books to my device.
When trying to read in ADE I get this error: Activation Server error code: E_ADEPT_INTERNAL
When I try to copy books to my device: CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - no permission to copy the book.

ADE for iOS, EPUB3 and DRM
Hi all,
My question is simple yet the answer could be not.
I tested ADE for iOS against EPUB3 FXL made with InDesign: they play reasonable well...
So my question is: is it possible to sell Adobe DRM-protected EPUB3 via Adobe Content Server that can be bought and played in ADE for iOS via a hyperlink from Safari (for instance)? Or is it not so seamless?

Why does Downloaded file not run with Digital Editions 4 after being downloaded
My computer is an Apple pro Note Book running OX 10.9.
While running Adobe Digital Editions 4 to download a file size of 132mb after a few minutes an error file appeared with a large amount of data which also indicated that a copy was sent to Apple. While the downloading was taking place there was no indication in the small window showing the progress of the downloading. I checked and found the file had been downloaded (132mb). But it would not run.
I downloaded another two much smaller files which both are ok.
I contacted the supplier and they managed to download the file and run it.
Question: Any suggestions as to what might be the problem?

ADE crashes as i open ebook acsm file via ipad
HI i need help, i downloaded ADE app so i can read my ebook that i just bought for $60 From wiley.com...however everytime im done downloading the ebook within ADE, and when i tried to open it, it kicked me right out the ADE app..
can anyone help please..i really need to read this ebook

Unable to open EPUB 3.0 files
I'm using ADE 4.0.3 and i'm having trouble trying to open any EPUB 3.0 document. eBooks created as EPUB 2.0 are opening fine, but when I try to open an EPUB 3.0 document I get a message saying "unable to open....errors were encountered in this item.
I have tried opening EPUB 3.0 files that I have made myself and pass the EPUBCHECK validatior.
I have tried opening EPUB 3.0 sample fiels from epub-samples - EPUB 3 Sample Documents - Google Project Hosting
I also tried creating a very simple EPUB 3.0 file out of InDesign CC.
All with the same results so far. Is ADE fully compatible with EPUB 3.0? The release notes say it should be able to open these files, they do open with all other eReaders I've tried. Am I missing something with how ADE works?

Ayant acheté des PDF sans DRM sur numilog, lorsque j'essaie d'accéder aux ouvrages via leur URLLink.acsm, le lecteur Adobe Digital edition me renvoie le message "error!check validation".
Dès lors je ne sais même pas obtenir mes livres.
Quelqu'un possède-t-il une solution?
