Since updating my previous Adobe Digital Editons to 2.0, it no longer recognizes my old eReader and crashes whenever I connect the device to the computer while it is running. I cannot transfer books onto my old eReader and I want to de-authorize my old eReader before it crashes.
I can't remmeber the error message right now because it flashes on when I connect the eReader and then disappears along with the program but I remember it gave me the option to Stop, Abort, Retry. Very frustrating. Please help.
