Hi MakalaniAstral, Adobe Digital editions is only for your machines not for the tablets or any hand held devices.
However, we have various e-reader software that supports adobe DRM and epub files for all platforms like ipads, android tabs, etc.
So, on your android tablet you can install any of those e-readers and read all your epubs or pdf files. Bluefire reader is one of my favourite as i use it on my android device.

All you need to do is to download that reader using google play and then login into that with your adobe id & password and you will be good to go.
