I have never had a problem using DE on my old laptop and copying to my e-reader. Have an upgraded laptop, now have DE v.2.0.67352 and although I can see my recent purchases perfectly on my laptop, and they seem to copy over to the e-reader fine, when trying to open I get the error message Invalid active info. Can anyone give me a solution to this please, other than my current workaround which is unplug new laptop, set up up old laptop, redownload purchases, retransfer to e-reader . Computer is activated
