Re: Library download error message on nook touch

It has probably lost its ADobe ID activation over the update.

  1. Connect it to computer via USB and run ADE.
  2. Just in case it has half a memory of the old activation, hit ctrl-shift-E to ADE to remove any vestiages.
  3. Restart ADE
  4. Under the library menu, choose 'Activate Device'

That should (fingers crossed) bring it back to a properly activated state.
