Try contacting Adobe Live Chat and see if they can help. If you can convince them you are really the owner of the account they should be able to reset it for you somehow and let you choose a new email and password for the same account.

Don’t refresh the page, just hang on and it should eventually go to ‘Chat Now, and agent is available’.
