I have taken all the correct steps and I still can not open my downloaded e-book. It's password protected, but I was under the impression that Digital Editions could help me transer that to my reader. I have the password and everything but it won't let me enter it. I played with it for hours and can't figure it out. Can anyone provide any insight?
