I had a problem with a helper application so I uninstalled and re-installed ADE2.0. I left the shortcut install icon on the desktop when I re- installed it.
When I look at the properties it reads that the file may have come from another computer and it is blocked. I can click on unblock but have no idea why it is blocked in the first place. ADE 2.0 was originally installed on this computer. THe first time I installed the program, deleted the shortcut but left it on the desktop this time as I wondered if it had somethingto do with the missing helper application.
So, should I leave it blocked? Delete the install.exe shortcut?
