I'm not sure about whether the switching starts racking up usage counts. Pretty inconvenient anyway.
ADE 2.0 is meant to be able to handle multiple IDs; but that seems only to be IDs from multiple vendors rather than multiple Adobe IDs.
It may just be easier to share one ID.
You may have other reasons not to want this, but weigh them up against the inconvenience Adobe likes to inflict on you for sensible use of multiple IDs.
